Other Specification

•  Minimum 3 years working experience in food Production Department of Star hotel.
• Minimum 2 years experience in teaching food production courses to Bachelor's level.
• Applicant must be familiar with contemporary food production techniques.
• Strong communication skills with good command.
• Should be able to take theory as well as practical classes. 
  

Job Description 

• Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.Advise students on academic and vocational curricula and on career issues.

  Develop and design new ideas for practical class.

  Check quality of material and condition of  equipment and devices used for cooking.

  Ensure culinary Standards and Responsibilities.

  Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.

  Report any issues related to equipment maintenance and safety.
